1. The Service

Crawllify is a prerendering-as-a-service platform that makes React-based websites discoverable by search engines and AI crawlers. We do this by intercepting bot requests to your site and serving fully rendered HTML. You remain solely responsible for your website and its content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Crawllify. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at hello@crawllify.com if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Billing

Crawllify is a paid service. All plans are billed from the day you subscribe — there is no free trial.

• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our third-party billing provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

If payment fails, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved. Suspended accounts will stop serving prerendered HTML to bots — your site will continue to function normally for human visitors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Crawllify to:

• Serve illegal, harmful, or malicious content to crawlers
• Deliberately serve different content to bots and humans in a deceptive way (cloaking) that violates search engine guidelines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Crawllify service
• Use the service to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to other systems
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission
• Exceed your plan’s usage limits through artificial or automated means

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Plan Limits

Each plan has limits on the number of domains, pages, and renders per month as described on our pricing page. If you exceed your render limit, bots will be served the last cached version of your pages until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade your plan. We will notify you by email when you reach 80% of your monthly limit.

7. Intellectual Property

Crawllify and all related technology, trademarks, and content remain the property of Interital. You retain ownership of your website and its content at all times. By using Crawllify, you grant us a limited licence to access and render your publicly accessible web pages for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. During any downtime, your site will continue to function normally for human visitors — only bot traffic interception is affected. We do not offer credits or refunds for service interruptions unless specified in an Enterprise agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Crawllify is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free, or that use of the service will result in any particular search engine ranking or indexing outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Crawllify, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will be revoked and prerendering will stop for your domains
• Your website will continue to function normally for all visitors after termination

Sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disputes will survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to Interital’s place of business.
